Coconut Custard Pie
Preparation Time: 15 minutes aaaaaa Cooking Time: 40 minutes
2 cups raw milk
1/3 cup melted butter
3/4 cup coconut sugar
1 cup desiccated coconut
3 organic eggs
1/2 cup flour – can use coconut flour but read instructions to adjust measurement
1 dash salt
2 teaspoons vanilla
- Melt butter then add all ingredients into mixing bowl.
- Mix well.
- Pour into greased 10″ pie plate.
- Bake 40 minutes@ 350F degrees.
- Pie makes its own crust!
