I purchased the first Muffin Book that Annie produced and I used to buy her cakes and muffins from her stall at the Kuranda Market. When I got her latest book – Muffin Mania (updated) – I wasn’t disappointed, I was hungry. It was good to get a new copy, as my last book was dog eared and spotted with muffin batter mix. Like the new raw recipes at the back, Annie – Barbara Carl, Kuranda North
