Made from coconut blossom nectar, Coconut BBQ sauce is a low glycaemic alternative for marinades and is perfect on pork, beef, chicken or fish. Baste on meat during final 10 minutes of grilling and it will cook right into the meat. Serve plenty of sauce on the side for dipping.
